And… we’ve put the turkey in the oven! I’m very excited – our (my) first attempt at making a full christmas meal. Roast turkey and all – gravy, roast potatoes, vegetables, and pudding. I’m so pleased my apple cake I baked last night turned out really well :) YAY!
